FESTIVAL ENTRY

Festival Entry to the public is free! Although we would encourage you to purchase a festival programme and make a donation at one of our collection points. The money collected is used to pay for the festival and any profit made is donated to local emergency services.

ENTRY PASS APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS THEN PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. 

ENTRY PASS SWING TAGS & VEHICLE DECALS WILL BE POSTED TO THE APPLICANTS EARLY MARCH 2010.

Vehicle Eligibility
ONLY CERTAIN PRE-REGISTERED VEHICLES WILL BE PERMITTED TO TAKE PART IN ANY ORGANISED ACTIVITY AT BEACH HOP '10. This includes Waihi Warm Up Party, Cragar Tairua Beach Party, Thunder Cruise, Drive-in-Movie and Grand Parade

The organisers have the right to refuse entry to any vehicle or person for whatever reason it sees fit.

All vehicles must have a current warrant of fitness and registration.

CAR ENTRY
As the Beach Hop is about the 50's & 60's we want the vehicles to reflect that era. Cars permitted are Hot Rods and any vehcile made BEFORE 1972. USA made cars from 1972 to 1985 may APPLY to enter by supplying an current photograph of the car - entry will be at our discretion.

Motorbikes & Trikes
Motorbikes permitted to enter are anything pre-1970 and any American made bike.
